Sun “Agressif” Zheng has left LGD Gaming following the team’s poor performance at TI6
It is unclear whether Sun “Agressif” Zheng left to his own accord or has been foracefully removed from the team, what’s sure is that LGD Gaming performed extremely poorly. LDG placed 9-12th losing to Digital Chaos 2-0 and recieveing a mere $300,000 when in comparison to the over $20,000,000 Prize pool.
LDG and Agressif have yet to release a statement of his departure, but it is confirmed he has left the team according to the Dota 2 registration website.
Agressif has had an amazing record in the Dota 2 pro scene while representing CDEC Gaming where they placed 3-4th in many major tournaments, 2nd in TI5 and also ended up taking 1st for the ECL 2015 Dota 2 Autumn event. While on LGD, the team also performed fairly well up until TI6, where the team ended up taking 1st place for the Dota 2 Professional League Season 1 tournament.
There is no doubt Agressif will find a new home soon as even though he’s relatively new to the DOta 2 scene with a year’s experience, Agressif is a remarkable player with great skill and game meta knowledge.
