Dignitas make significant roster changes to their Overwatch team

Dignitas Overwatch team has been a downright failure. They failed to move out of groups at the Overwatch Open. Their performance at the tournament definitely hampered their results as they have been at the bottom rung of players so far. Sources have confirmed that the roster Dignitas used in the DreamHack Winter qualifiers is intended to be permanent, with former NWA supports evokje and Veineless expected to be signed soon.

These roster changes will definitely demand several role changes on part of the team. The Dignitas roster has seen tough times and changing things up seem to be the only way for them right now. The new roster was used for Dreamhack Online qualifier where they beat The Chavs and GamersOrigin before falling to NWA and The Gatekeepers.

Draceus will move to the tank position. This is a role that Draceus is used to playing as he used to play tank earlier. The two new recruits will play on support. The team had experimented with art1er in a number of roles before removing him and many of the players are flexible.

The new Dignitas roster is:

  • Marcel “Veineless” Lehmann (support)
  • Elvinas “evokje” Padegimas (support)
  • Rasmus “Draceus” Waern (tank)
  • Joshua “ToxikeN” Campos (flex)
  • Jose Antonio “BromaS” Ramos Glez (dps)
  • Jiri “LiNkzr” Masalin (dps)
