Hyper Youth Gaming vs. LGD Gaming – LPL 2016 – Week 7 – Day 2 – Preview

Hyper Youth Gaming vs. LGD Gaming are matched up against each other for the Tencent LoL Pro League Series to be held Friday March 18, 2016 in Day 2, Week 7 of the competition.

From hero to zero, LGD smashed the LPL Summer Playoffs in 2015, then got destroyed at Worlds. Then they decided ‘hey lets buy Marin for a million dollars’, and now they’re at the bottom of the standings. It makes no sense to have a roster that sounds so good, with players that cost them millions of dollars to sit at the very bottom of the standings. Watching them is like watching a high elo solo queue game with poor communication and a jungler trying too hard and consequently getting picked off.

Hyper Youth Gaming is a bottom tier team. Their lanes are generally weaker, they give up towers more easily, and choose to rotate and back at the worst of times. I have no idea where the ‘hyper youth’ is. In fact, at this rate they should be called Unenthusiastic Youth Gaming for their weak objective control and lack of pressure.

Overall, the individual skill of LGD should pull through.

Prediction: Unenthusiastic Youth Gaming 30% | LGD Gaming 70%
