AnJ will be replacing LILMAN on NRG’s starting roster
NRG have announced they will be signing AnJ to their competitive counter strike team. They announced that they had been looking to sign AnJ ever since the Copenhagen Games, where they were very pleased with his performance and believed he would be suitable with the other members. NGR General manager stated that he was immediately signed AnJ when he was in discussion with the player, as he had a great attitude which is great for the organisation and himself.
AnJ is definitely one of the top players currently, previously playing on Team Singularity where he found much success with the team recently, achieving second place in the CEVO Season 12 – EU main and Danish Championship 2017. While NRG were only able to attain a fairly miserable 11th-12th place in the ESL Pro League Season 5, I believe NRG is a better suiting team with more resources which will further help AnJ grow into a better player.
We will see AnJ and the rest of the team in the ECS Season 4, which will be the best gauge of the change.
