Starcraft 2 pro’s moving to Team First heroic

Recently we reported that Kespa was shutting down the Starcraft league that was immensely popular in Korea. The players from the teams participating in the tournament have now begun to shift to other games. One such game that has particularly interested them is Overwatch

Two such pros have already made the move to Overwatch with the announcement on Facebook that former SKT T1 players MyuNgSiK and Zaun are the latest additions to new Korean outfit Team First Heroic.

Details are sparse on exactly what roles they will play within the team, but it appears that each former StarCraft pro will have their own roster – although Zaun’s is yet to be filled. A previous career in esports is no guarantee of success, especially if results in APAC and APEX have anything to tell us about Korea’s highly unpredictable Overwatch scene, but the rigours of elite level StarCraft will surely stand both players in good stead.
