“Going into 2017 next year, we’re looking at doubling our budget for CS:GO to increase our overall infrastructure, provide better resources for players,” Reginald said.
“Last year after losing our European squad we decided to build from the ground up, get a better sense of the scene and develop talent.”
TSM will be doubling their CSGO budget for next year. This does point out to the fact that they need to invest more into CSGO in order to retain quality players. The departure of their top 3 team last year consisting of the Danish professional players saw them slip from a top 5 team into out of the top ten quite easily. Their investment into the NA roster definitely has not paid dividends for the organisation so far.
TSM have not attended a single major ever since losing their Danish roster.
